The package arrived fast - was packaged well with no damage to package or items inside. I have only had this vacuum for 2 days and this is my first ever of a cordless vacuum. With that said- I highly recommend it. I charged both batteries first. The vacuum is super easy to put together. Super easy to take apart for cleaning and to empty the canister. I like the adjustable height of telescopic tube as I am on the short side. The weight is just right. I vacuumed my entire main level plus stairs on one battery charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power. Granted it’s not as high powered as a corded vacuum but it does a very good job on my carpet and tile floors. I highly recommend.

I'm so incredibly happy with my new Smoture cordless vacuum! For years, I've struggled with bulky, corded vacuums that were a pain to lug around and always seemed to get tangled. The suction is surprisingly strong for a cordless model – it picks up everything from pet hair to dust bunnies with ease. Great stick vac! Charges quickly with the two batteries included, and can be adapted easily to a hand-held vacuum. Withstood about an hour of cleaning with changing out batteries. I do have a concern about replacement parts, as the round filter and sponge hepa filter didn't fare very well with only one use. I already put my finger thru the thin black sponge but will use extra care with the second one (that is included). They are a bit flimsy, so use caution when cleaning them. You can rinse them out in the sink and let dry before putting them back. I reached out to the seller to see about purchasing some replacement filters, but they are unavailable. So keep this in mind if you buy this product, because replacement filters are not available.

Love the vacuum!! Excellent functionality, awesome features, easy to operate and I truly appreciate being provided 2 batteries!! Even more impressive is the 3-speed option PLUS the "Auto" feature which auto-detects and adjusts the suction power if you're on hardwood floors or on carpet!! 'This vacuum performs fantastically, and you get a more than adequate bang for your buck!! Highly recommend!!

Easy to use and works great. The extra battery Makes sure you always have a charge Prior to this I had a Dyson ball vacuum. I found it awkward to maneuver and way to many attachments

I have been very happy with the SMOTURE vacuum cleaner. It works perfect on tile, laminate, area rugs, and carpet. The built-in lights are very helpful to see in tight places. The second replaceable battery is greatly appreciated, so you always have a spare battery to use. I highly recommend this product for ease of use, ease of cleaning the dust hopper, and functionality.

This cordless stick vac replaces a Dyson stick we bought and immediately returned.Features:Headlights! Wow, dirt I never would have seen!Runs on the quiet side, a bit louder on high. Cats don’t fear this one!Half the price of that Dyson!Detach handle for a Powerful hand vac with attachments, which also runs at 3 speeds.Trigger turns the vac on. Defaults to “AUTO” setting, which self adjusts from floor to carpet by turning on the roller bar, then back off when on the floor again. The power remains at a low setting unless you hit the button to turn up the power. There are three levels, low, medium, and high.The display shows how much battery you have left. This model comes with a second battery so you have back up if you need it. One battery does my entire house except the bedrooms and my living room carpet. I have an old Hoover for that.The dirt container is so simple to empty. You just press a button and the door flaps open! This little vac does such a good job that you really do need to take the dirt receptacle apart and brush it out with the brush that’s included. It’s simple to disassemble and reassemble!I love that the handle is adjustable. I’m on the taller side and have it open just about all the way.If you need to pause, you can leave the vacuum in an upright position without trying to lean it on a wall. (heavy so they’d fall over anyway!) It’s a great feature!Easy on and off trigger.I’ve only used it a few times but, so far I don’t have any cons to the product that I can think of. I highly recommend this stick vacuum.
