As arrived, box is brown but descriptiveOut of the box, unit is fairly solid with a nice rigid plastic exterior and firm handleUnit includes the vacuum, removal hook, instructions, power adapter (12.6V-a.0A) with all required safety markings, and 2 removeable brushesUnit charges via a port in the base and moves via 4 wheels, which alternate rotation to allow for navigationThere are 2 suction ports that focus on the sides of the vacuum – I found this may result in a finger-width line of missed dirt/sandIt has no AI, app control, or remote controlIt has a clearance of only ¼" so it can get hung up on ruts or bumpsTesting in the spa showed decent suction. Most previous above-ground pool vacuums lack suction to protect the pool; this one seems to work much better than my last with large items (leaves, reeds, bugs) suctioning up with 90% success and smaller items (dirt, small bugs, sand, silt) being about 70%. Most other vacuums do not perform well with small items so Im very happy so farUnit has a screen and comes apart easily to be washed outBattery lasts approx 60-75mins and takes about 3-3.5 hours to chargeOverall, its a pretty bare-bones vacuum that performs quite well for the price point

Bien aunque la tierra le cuesta un poco limpiar, sirve más para hojas y otro tipo de mugre en el fondo.

In my yard, there is a 50x50 foot concrete area, that has a drain. It seems that, no matter how much I keep it clean, during dry weather, whenever it rains, grass, leaves, and other yard debris gets washed in, causing the drain to plug. I used this pool vacuum as if I were using it in a pool, and it made a great difference.I manually plugged the drain, so it would purposely start filling with water, and as soon as it got to about 12 inches, I just dropped in this little vacuum, and let it run, until the power ran out, being careful to monitor the water level.Afterwards, when I unstopped the drain, the water flowed freely, and there was only enough debris left to fill a 2-quart plastic bag. I was also delighted with the amount of debris that the vacuum actually picked up.The look and shape of it is also pleasing, and the size is great for storage.

I’ve been through more pool vacs than I can count. Expensive, cheap, big, small, Bluetooth and not. Most don’t make it a few months in my salt water, Florida pool. So, having said that, it’s been about a month and this little guy is quick, light and efficient. Heck, it even gets up the incline from the deep to shallow end. Easy to use, easy to clean. So far, so good.

Unfortunately, I got this in January and way past pool closing... so until next year, I can only provide some initial impressions... will update this in the spring when I get a chance to actually try it out.It seems to be working pretty well in my very limited indoor tub test. It's easy to use and did a good job at cleaning off the bits of dirt I threw in... though obviously in the tub, it's only limited to where it can reach so the edges had to be manually cleaned by me... but in a pool, I imagine it would work great.Cleaning it is easy and it was easy to do in the shower... or if it were summer, the hose outside. While this is quite basic in that it is limited to the floor, it's priced accordingly and really cuts down on the regular maintenance.

It works well for the price! The suction is decent but the battery life lacks a bit. It gets the job done, sometimes we just have to recharge and run it twice. But once again, for the price of it we are happy!

I am so grateful for this vacuum as I am a first time above ground pool owner and not knowing what I was getting myself into and have since learned and this vacuum has been helping immensely after having tried another vacuum on two separate occasions I will no longer make that mistake. It works exactly as described very simple, very affordable and gets the job done!

I can't comment out of season as to the performance of this pool cleaner. What I can say is the device is well made, it is easy to use without any complicated steps. Simple turn upside down and long press the power button, it beeps, just set the unit in the water. The unit is easy to empty and clean. There is a latch on each side. Open the unit and take out the filter. Just use water to clean and empty. Put the filter and housing back in place and latch closed. To turn the unit off, long press the power button again. The power adapter to charge the battery is included. Can't wait to try this out in pool season. If there are any concerns about performance, I'll update my review.

This is a good product if you do not have curved surfaces or big leaves. Had to return as our pool has curved sides and big leaves. Otherwise great product for flat bottom pools.

This above pool vacuum can suck out the dirt and leaves from an 860 square foot pool on a single charge. That’s amazing! To put that in perspective, that’s 80 square meters which could be circular pool that’s 33 feet (10 meters) across or an oval pool a bit larger than 20 feet (6 meters) by 40 feet (12 meters). You probably aren’t going to have a bigger above-ground pool than that!Even in a much smaller pool, the idea of cleaning it every week is a real time commitment if you don’t have a robotic pool vacuum.Fortunately, this Gosvor pool robot is only $200 (which is cheaper than a Roomba!) and it looks very easy to use.I’m not sure how well it can reduce the algae in your pool. The brushes look very small and they should instead be a wide brush that goes across the entire front of the machine like it would in an upright vacuum cleaner. This robot is also only for flat-bottomed pools and it will not climb the walls. To be fair, if you are keeping the water in your pool constantly moving with a speed pump, regularly cleaning your filter, managing your phosphates, maintaining appropriate chlorine levels and using an algaecide when necessary, then algae shouldn’t be much of a problem. These are all things you should be doing to keep your pool healthy, anyway. As it’s January I haven’t tried out this pool vacuum but to me it looks like a solid purchase. Before you buy, though, ask the manufacturer if there are any replacement parts available, especially the brushes.

Anybody who has a pool knows what a chore it is to constantly keep it clean. From leaves and other debris floating about to algae it’s a constant treadmill of upkeep. But, with a pool vac you can spend so much more time doing other things you enjoy, like swimming. This vac comes with everything you need, almost. The hook to grab the vac out of the water is just that, a hook. You’ll have to bring your own pole. On the plus side, bringing your own pole just means you can get the one you really want. No need to be stuck with a pole you don’t like and isn’t long enough.I haven’t had a chance to put this through its paces, yet, but it seems simple enough to use. First, make sure it’s charged. Like the mouse from that fruit computer company the plug is on the bottom. Unlike that mouse, you won’t want to plug this in while it’s in use, so not a problem. Oh, the led light to indicate charge status is on the charger, there’s nothing on the vac itself to indicate charge level. Second, press the on/off button on the bottom and put it into the water.Cleaning the unit seems simple enough. Open the body and remove the debris. There’s a screen, which you can see in my photo, that will most likely need a gentle rinse, and then you’re good to go.According to the manufacturer you should 90 minutes of clean time with this vac, which should be plenty of time to clean a decent sized pool. The instructions caution against using this with a sloped floor, so if your pool is sloped this probably won’t be for you. But, if you have a flat bottom this little vac should do wonders.I’m looking forward to using this once we’re back in pool season. If it’s one thing I really enjoy that’s tools and tech to relieve me of as many household chores as possible. Just on that this bot is a winner.
