Telescoping handle IS NOT 15 FT. It is only 9 FT. Seller tricks you by claiming that the user must be 6 Ft tall, and he adds 6 Ft + 9 FT to arrive at what he calls a total "reach of 15 feet". WHAT ? SO you'd have to hold this heavy tool above your head to make his math work out? . This is only revealed in the user manual, AFTER you bought the unit. To be clear: YOU provide the first 6 feet from the ground and the tool has a pole of only 9 feet. Deceptive and misleading.

The attachment from the Top of bar to cutter snapped while cutting tree. Cheap Cheap product. Would not suggest this tool, Not a lot of power to cut unless the tree is less than an inch thick.

This thing works great! It's got a good reach and the little saw is much more powerful that I though it would be. Slices right through branches and twigs. I've cut some 6 inch branches with no issues at all. Trigger is responsive and it's nice to be able to use the saw by itself. Being able to put bar oil in the saw is another great feature. It keeps the chains lasting much longer. Very happy with this overall and would recommend.
