Once battery is hooked up it's off to the races! Quality seems good, high rpm's. Will be testing soon. Looking for more pads (washable)

This product is probably worth twice what I paid for it and performed well over the last 10+ hours of use

This thing mates right up to the M18 battery and I've tested several batteries with this so far. Some of the knock-off batteries were used, too. And all went well except for a few knock-off types not engaging all the way and was easily knocked loose by the polisher's vibration actions.About the polisher itself. Despite this not being the true Big RED product, it still does what it says. I did get some hands on experience polishing cars with my brother in his garage with the genuine M18 tools. This polisher is certainly not the same efficacy, but it does the job well enough to call good. I think the M18 OEM polisher does put more work on its polishing action and this unit has more wasted energy used in vibration and noise. But it does work, and for a fifth of the price, I'd call this a successful item. I've only been using this for two weeks so far, but the motor doesn't seem to get hot or burn up; it does eat battery charge away quickly, though. Overall, not bad at all. Good to recommend as an economical alternative to the genuine M18 version.

I love Milwaukee but thereâs so many of their tools that I wouldnât buy from a practicality standpoint. Some of their tools are just too expensive for the limited use theyâll see in my garage. That said, Iâm invested in their platform and I love not having cords. Thatâs where tools like this come in:It works very well and is surprisingly well made. The fit and finish are excellent. It feels like it will survive multiple drops, which is also great. Heavy enough to feel solid but not too heavy for extended use. They really created a great tool with this. I have no complaints.

This tool is great for the money. My Milwaukee batteries fit great. Its a lot lighter to use than my big cordless polisher. Just wish it had more low speed settings.

I work with epoxy and do a epoxy countertops and such. They don't always lay out perfectly, so sometimes you have to sand them then Polish them back up. I have been needing a good polisher for sure.I love the versatility of this. I can use it too. Sand it, then switch out, wet sand it and finish it up by polishing it. All with the same tool. There are six different speeds for each function. They also provide you with sandpaper and different buffing.Pads for the polish and buff. I can get all the defects out of the counters and polish them to a high shine. This is made the job of pouring my Epoxy countertops a lot easier to have them come out beautiful.Your tool feels very well made without having it be too heavy so that it tires my arms easily. I can do the whole job without feeling sore later on. Having it be battery powered is a big plus for me.Because there's no chord to have to drag around or find a plug in for.I am very pleased with thisCordless Buffer Polisher Compatible with Milwaukee M18 Batteries (which I already had the aftermarket Milwaukee batteries on hand). So easy to use!

I'm not a professional detailer but for my smaller polishing jobs and buffing, this works just fine. It worked for removing swirls and halos from my vehicle's hood and black door panel moulding around the driver / passenger window - especially that black trim piece above the door handle. Grip and balance is good - lighter than powered versions. Not sure with multiple batteries if this could handle an entire car or SUV.It takes getting used to the On/Off switch because it is just that - it immediately turns on the polisher so you better be on the surface before pushing that switch. It cycles sequentially through 6 different speeds. When done, hold the power switch for 2-3 seconds to turn it off. Bottom line - it works but I think it would be even better if it had a trigger to control on/off and speed.
