I did use the size chart for this but still ended up with a bad fit.The glove fit well and I could use the strap around the wrist but could not get past my elbow in rolling up the sleeve. I was able to just leave it doubled down but it was uncomfortable. I don't believe that I have unusually fat upper arms. I was hoping to be able to use this as I worked but unfortunately, it was not to be.

The compression of the Compression Arthritis Glove is firm yet comfortable, offering just the right amount of support to my wrist and hand. The wrist strap adds extra stability, especially when I need additional support. I appreciate the fingerless design, as it allows me to type and use my touchscreen without any issues. The copper-infused material is a nice touch, and while I’m not entirely sure how it works, it does seem to help with comfort and circulation. The glove is breathable and can be worn for extended periods without causing discomfort or sweat buildup. I’ve definitely noticed a reduction in swelling and pain, and I plan to continue using it regularly.

As someone who deals with wrist pain from typing all day, the level of support this provides is remarkable. The 20-30 mmHg compression is noticeable but not uncomfortable - it feels like a firm hug around my hand, wrist and all the way up my arm. The material is surprisingly breathable considering how supportive it is. My arm doesn't get sweaty even after wearing it for hours. The copper-infused fabric doesn't smell funky after repeated use either, which was a pleasant surprise. The sleeve portion extending all the way up to the bicep provides consistent support throughout the entire arm. I can feel the graduated compression - tighter at the hand and gradually loosening up the arm. This has helped reduce the swelling I typically get after long workdays.

After pulling out the measuring tape and consulting the sizing chart, I decided on a medium. I am at the bottom end of the measurements and would do better with a smaller size, except that the bicep area is a little tight. Fortunately, it doesn't roll down. The wrist is a little loose, but the velcro wrap is useful for that area. Honestly, despite the looseness, the compression feels so good, especially in my arm.In general, if these fit well, they're gonna feel pretty good. Just consult the measuring chart.

Got this for my daughter to use for her right arm with nerve damage from a bad break when she was a small child. She is absolutely loving it and gives it 5 stars. The compression and the wrist support band are really helping whenever her arm and wrist are bothering her. We love that it also has the fingerless glove so that you can still easily type or use a touchscreen. The compression helps with circulation and making the arm feel better. Not entirely sure where or how the copper is supposed to come into play, but maybe it is doing something because she really loves this item and will use it for a long time.
