The size is big for medium for me should have got a small. There not much compression.to take out the pain.comfortable..I ordered my glove size mediums .small is the size to get.to work properly.

The gloves fit well and helped relieve some of my joint swelling/painThe finger holes did begin to fray slightly after a few weeks of wear and tear but overall they are still holding up great for the price!

UPDATE...good quality, comfortable, good grip, but not right for my pain. I need the stiff bar and the pressure for my carpal tunnel pain. So I ordered a new bulky wrist brace. But if what you need is warmth for arthritis, these are nice and offer a lot of movement capability. I added a star to my prior rating.2nd UPDATE...GREAT once I downsized to small. They still don't really help with carpal tunnel, but for normal arthritis pain they help a lot. I ordered more.Not enough compression. I should have sized down. Trying to decide if I want to order another smaller pair. Will wear a day and decide. I have a bulky wrist brace with straps and metal bar and Velcro so I may just need to stick with that. I was hoping something less inflexible would work. I do like the longer fingers, but I need the pressure on the palm and thumb base.

I ordered a large as it said to size up but for me a medium will be better so going to reorder a smaller sizeThe gloves are a nice feeling material and cover over my knuckles and i like the grip
