I purchased these for my wife. She was getting charlie-horses in her calf's. This product is supposed to help improve circulation in that area. Since purchasing this product I have not heard as many complaints about charlie-horses in her calf's.

The “copper” seems sort of silly but who knows, maybe it helps. Regardless, these sleeves are comfortable and effective. They are well made with no uncomfortable seams. I was impressed enough that I bought a second pair.

The reason I am writing a review on this product is that they fit much better than other brands. Seems most cover more size in one size, kind of like socks shoe size 9 to 12. those can be very uncomfortable!

I love these as they are not tight at the ankles like other ones are which caused me to have some swelling, I can wear these when I go out walking or whatever I'm doing, a for a few hours and no swelling happens The ankle is nice and loose but not too loose.

Oh my goodness! These are a dream come true. I need to wear compression socks for a medical condition (not diabetes) that causes my skin to atrophy on my legs. It's incredibly painful, and at times downright agonzing.I've tried so many different kinds of compression stockings and have found exactly ZERO that are comfortable enough to wear for any length of time. I finally settled on cutting off the foot part of a pair I had that were okay enough to wear. I found them so much more comfortable that a full stocking.That's when I bgan to look for "footless" compression stockings...and lo and behold, I discovered calf compression. sleeves and this wonderful product.I have no idea if they are better than other products and no idea if the copper makes any differene at all, but what I can say is this: I can wear these without wanting to scream or cry.They are supportive without squeezing you to death. They are comfortable, even on my very sore, painful skin. In fact, they don't feel anything other than comfortable!Thank you, thank you, thank you for making a product that helps and feels okay to wear.I'll be buying these again, I'm sure!

This review is purely subjective, as the sleeve wasn't great for me, but might be fine if you're not 6'6" and do not need the sleeve to compress varicose veins. In following the measurement instructions on the site, I ordered the XXL. It is easy to put on. The elastic bands at the top and bottom are very tight, which I suppose is good to keep it in place, though a bit extreme; probably would loosen up with time. The length was a bit too short for my height, didn't reach all the way from ankle to knee like the (non-copper) sleeves I've been using; that would not be an issue if you're shorter. The sleeve is very comfortable to wear otherwise. But my main issue: when I removed it after a day's wear my varicose veins were bulging out as usual, whereas with the non-copper sleeves I normally use the leg is smooth after a day's wear, no sign of veins. Ergo, insufficient compression. I didn't bother to try a smaller size as I figured the elastic bands would be even tighter and the sleeve even shorter.
