these are so cute, they stand out which makes them easy to find when wrapped up in a project. I also love that they have a long neck. I hate it when the hooks with handles have short necks because if you are using multiple yarn at one time or doing a cluster stitch then the hard gets hung up on the handle cause the neck is to short. I so happy with this purchase.

The letters and numbers for the size of each hook wears off after a very short amount of use. I made only six small coasters and one potholder with the blue one and you cannot see the the letter h and the fire is starting to wear off already. I got through one standard skein of yarn before the letter and numbers started wearing off of the red one which is letter h as you can see the age is no longer visible pretty much. The the letters and numbers should be etched in and then filled in with a color like white or black depending on the hook color. As soon as I discovered just now what happened, you can see the numbers in the pictures but you cannot see the letters. The letters are what I usually go by. Now I have to write down the numbers and letters for each hook based on the color of the top part of the hook and keep the list in the bag with the hooks.I love the colors the style. The design and everything else about them are great. They work very well. Very smooth and they are not too smooth that they slip right out of the the stitches as you pull on the yarn. They're not so stiff that they're hard to use. I love the fact that the handles are pretty much a universal size for the most part. There is a very slight variation in size of the smaller size hooks but not drastic like most brands. The larger hook sizes are not huge and fat either also is good. I don't have to try and get used to multiple handle sizes which is what I need for my hands YouTube the strength issues and pain issues I have with my hands.BUT, the huge downfall of this product is the fact that the numbers and letters for the hook sizes and letter sizes are wearing off after a very short time of use of the hooks. As I said with the blue one which is letter h, I only did SIX small coasters and a pot holder and as you can see in the picture the "H" is already worn off. Fix this problem and it would be a perfect product!The price is just right for the fanciness of the design on the handles and different colors for each hook size the letters and numbers were etched into the metal and then filled in with a color to make them easy to read so that they don't wear off so quickly

These are nice hooks. I was able to work 4-5 hours without needing a break. The grip is long enough to fit in even large hands and the hook did a good job at grabbing the yarn.The one problem--the size markings. They're printed in white on the metal hook rather than embossed or marked in some other way. When I finished for the night, I noticed the printing was wiped clear off. This is annoying in general, but especially for someone with a lot of hooks. I can't just remember "it's the blue one" when I have multiple blue hooks!
