Pro: keeps the pots off the ceramic, easy to cut to sizeCon: maybe bad lighting in the factory, but the 'gray' that I ordered turns out to be pretty much one shade of brown instead of different shades of gray. Plastic also pretty thin

These cut easy enough with heavy duty scissors to whatever size you need, including for drain opening. But, the clear material can hold a stain easily such as spaghetti sauce, tea or coffee. This can be scrubbed off to an extent, but due to the design pattern food bits and coffee grounds get caught in the small openings. Not a deal breaker, just a slight hassle to pick up the mat often to allow debris to drain out thru the drain. It is working to help protect my cast iron sink and porcelain finish, I just expect after some time the mat will get tossed and replaced due to looking nasty in the sink.

This is of good quality and looks very nice. It fits great. I’ve had the clear ones before and it tends to stain easily even though it is washed and even bleached.
