This pillow is excellent, and a major upgrade from the previous pillow I was using. I like how it is customizable to your needs and feel likes it will last me a long time. I primarily use one to two pillows on my bed, because that is what works best for me. It stays cool throughout the night and is a perfect balance of support.

Wanted to give it a few months before writing anything. Both my wife and I got these and have been very happy with them. We are both side sleepers, and the stuffing that came in them was perfect. We both went back and forth and adding and subtracting but settled on what it recommended. The pillow is soft and really love the adjustability of it. I can reach up and push a corner in if I want a little more support. Very happy with them. Went back and forth between a bunch of different brands/cooling/no cooling and we are very happy with these.

Comes out of the box and packaging limp, as if there is no filling. Don’t add the extra filling yet! Let it sit for an hour and for the filling inside to rise. It’s a very plush and full pillow but not firm. Your head sinks into it at just the right height without feeling flat. No morning neck or head aches. Feels like a luxury pillow from a luxurious hotel. Quality stitching/quilting and zipper. We did not need the extra filling but appreciate that it is provided for future use if/when needed. The whole family has one.

I never bother to write these reviews, I don't have time. But I wanted to write one about the Coop pillow! I absolutely love this pillow!!! ❤️❤️It is so soft and comfortable. It's by far the nicest pillow I've ever had. I have only slept on it a week, but I already love it. I am a side and back sleep and I took out just a little filling and it's perfect. ☺️ The pillow is high quality, worth the money for sure!! It's like sleeping on a cloud! Just buy it!!!! 😉

I’m happy with the comfort of this pillow. My neck sat well into the curve and I was able to sleep well with having my neck pain eased. It had plenty of stuffing and even came with extra that I probably will not use. I put the pillow in the dryer for about 15 minutes and it was nice and poofy. The only downside to this pillow is that it has a chemical smell that has not gone away in the few days I’ve used it.

I have purchased this pillow three times. The first pillow was left at a hotel. I was very sad because this is the only pillow that I found that provides me with the customized support that I need. I sleep on my side and the ability to add or remove the shredded memory foam is very key to me. There are other pillows like this on the market, but this is the only one that truly provides the type of support a side sleeper like me needs. It does not turn into a pancake after several hours of sleep. It does not sag in the middle like other pillows that I’ve had that have shredded memory. It does not get hot during the night and caused me to sweat. I truly is a very good pillow.The delivery of the product was really shameful. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t allow you to state the problem with the delivery. Only whether it was good or bad and whether you want to return the product. My box showed up full of some slimy what I think or hope with shampoo covering it. It did leak inside the box, but the pillow was wrapped very tightly and shrink wrapped, so it did not damage the pillow or the additional or extra stuffing. I’m not sure why a delivery person would deliver. Something like that with the possibility that the product is damaged. But they did.

Came across their top rating in Consumer reports. I was worried that the high price tag would be unwarranted.But the ability to adjust it several times to perfection was a huge plus, and there is something very special about the stuffing. It is so comfortable that it borders on sensual. Far and away the most pleasant pillow experience I've ever had. This is a quality item, big time.

Das Kissen ist wirklich das Beste, das ich je hatte. Es passt sich perfekt dem Kopf an und ist variabel befüllbar. Wer es lockerer mag kann Füllung rausnehmen. Wer ein festeres Kissen braucht kann einfach mehr Füllung hinzufügen, da ein extra Päckchen mit Füllmaterial dabei ist. Diese Flexibilität sorgt dafür, dass man das Kissen sowohl als Bauch-, Rücken - und Seitschläfer nutzen kann. Auf Dauer verliert das Kissen etwas an Volumen, aber dann kann man einfach etwas von dem Füllmaterial hinzufügen und ist wieder fine.Gebe nur 4*, da ich über 2 Monate auf das Kissen gewartet habe - da gab es leider Probleme mit dem Liefern, aber der Verkäufer war sehr proaktiv in seiner Kommunikation und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Als dann nach 2 Monaten immer noch nichts da wurde mir ein Ersatz direkt aus Deutschland geliefert, welches dann innerhalb von 2 Tagen da war.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of time and money buying pillows. I can never seem to find one that fits my needs. I thought this would be a good option to try because this came up as a top rated pillow from consumer reports.I really think this pillow might be the last pillow I ever need. I saw all the good reviews and I also read all the bad reviews. Pillows are very personal, and a pillow that works for one person may not work for the other person but, I decided to give this a try.I was so excited. This was on sale at Amazon and I got it same day. I have a lot of neck issues and pinched nerves so I thought this pillow would help. Once I took it out of the box, I fluffed it up by hand because I don’t have a dryer. Within 15 minutes the pillow was really fluffy. I tested it out. I’m a side sleeper. It didn’t work too well. I removed some of the stuffing which is luxuriously soft. And it seemed to be comfortable. This morning I woke up with a horrible neck and headache. So, I took a little more stuffing out. It seems to feel better now. This gives just the right amount of support. It doesn’t give too much pushback and it also doesn’t go flat. Yes, this will flatten out a little bit when you lay your head on it, but not completely to the mattress flat. I fluff it up before I go to bed and it works great. I think I have it at just the right thickness but we will see how it goes. Surprisingly, it was not too hot for me like others have reported. I do have a temperature control system on the bed so maybe that’s why the pillow temperature didn’t bother me as much. I did not have any pain in my ears from sleeping on a hard pillow. That was a big plus. It gives Justin enough support and not too much pressure so it’s perfect. The outer shell is really nice. The shell and zippers seem to be good quality. I still use a genuine silk pillowcase because I like it. I think this is my forever pillow. I will add an update after I use it for a while if anything changes. I am hoping for good durability. Last thing, this also comes with extra stuffing if you like your pillow, extra high, or if your pillow starts to go flat, you have more stuffing to put in it. Putting your pillow out in the sun or in the dryer once every couple of months will help to keep it fluffy. I don’t think I would ever wash the foam on the inside. There’s no reason for that. The outer shell is what’s going to get most dirty.Just know, I liked it so much I bought another one immediately.
