UPDATE: After about 6 weeks of use, the non-stick coating has started to show signs of flaking off. Not wanting to risk food contamination, I have discarded them and ordered the stainless steel version by the same company.I love these little baking racks. They're versatile and, because they're smaller than a standard rack, easier to handle and clean. They are truly non-stick and washing is a breeze.

We only use non-stick safe sponges (the blue ones) and the coating is coming off of both racks. Food sticks to them which worsens the problem. We oil the racks before use and still have a lot of stuck food.edit: great product support. They saw this post and reached out to offer a refund.

Well made, sturdy, and non-stick. I used these as cooling racks for some candy treats. The chocolate rinsed off under warm water. Chewies were the same. Much easier than stainless steel racks.

These racks are so nice to use, nothing sticks and they're good and sturdy.My husband pulled one out of the cabinet recently, having not known I'd purchased them, and just said in passing "wow, this is really nice". There ya have it, if he took notice, it's legit!

They arrived with damage on the surface of one of the racks. I think the way they were packaged led to one of them being damaged. I am not using them for food, so I don't care. But if I was cooking with these I would be wary of how easy the coating is coming off. Not recommended for cooking 😕
