These swim shorts help protect my daughter from the sun, they are great for surfing, and they are also more modest than most swim bottoms. We own many of these in different colors and they are great!

These are very thin, almost see through when wet. The crotch has the most irritating stitching imaginable. To make these work as swim bottoms they would need another layer in the bikini area or much thicker material.
