I bought these 3 scoops in June but was not baking in the summer. I used the mid size scoop first for cookie dough and it worked well. The second time I used it the metal piece that releases the dough broke and I'm not able to fix it. I used the smallest scoop next, also for cookie dough and it broke right away. I am way past the date for returning these items but I wouldn't recommend them. Very cheaply made and a waste of money!

The price was right and matches the quality. The 2 small ones were gifts for someone else but I kept the biggest one for muffins. The first time I used it, it kept stripping so the moving part in the scoop was sticking straight out. Thankfully I was able to tuck it in again with some effort. I'll be gentle on it going forward as it won't be holding up to thick food

i bought these cookies scoops to use for baking so i could portion my cookie dough with ease. they have been super effective and still make for a great ice cream scooped! they’re easy to hold and don’t hurt your hand when you squeeze the handle

They are good for the price but the edges of the scoop are sharp and there is a pinch point at the bottom of the handle as well as a bar that jabs your palm if you hold it too low. If you hold it properly and not grab it by the bottom of the handle it isn't an issue though. The scraper is elevated a cm or two above the bottom of the scoop so it isn't a clean scrape but that's to be expected with cheaper scoops.

I was excited to find these cookie/ice cream scoops for such a good price. However, this may be a case of "you get what you pay for" because the smallest scoop has already broken after just one month of use. I have only used it to scoop soft cookie dough for a few batches of drop cookies. The arm of the scoop that scrapes the contents of the scoop out is very flimsy- it bent out of shape and fell out of the scoop from just regular use. Since it's so flimsy, my attempts to fix it weren't successful either. I haven't used the other scoops as much, but I suspect that the same problem will come up because they're all constructed the same way. This would be a good product for very light use, but I will now be looking for a more durable cookie scoop.
