This is a sturdy, well-made fryer! All of the included accessories are excellent quality! Impressive and easy to successfully fry turkeys. We watched several YouTube videos for the real scoop on how to do this, then bought this fryer. On Christmas we cooked a 15 pound, fresh, brined turkey in 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Immediately after, we cooked an 18 pound, previously frozen Butterball turkey in 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Then we cooked a total of six Cornish Game Hens, 2 at a time, for about 12 minutes each. We used a digital food thermometer and regularly check the temperature of the birds. This fryer was sturdy, secure and performed flawlessly. Highly recommend!

So far, so good!!! product came neatly packaged and everything seems to be of great build and quality. The stainless steel pot (super important obviously) is really heavy duty. The provided instructions for use of the burner was also great to have as its important info for trouble shooting. Looking forward to getting some great turkey/chicken and boils out of this set. I would note too that it was nice to have the turkey rack included with the nice 'bonus' of turkey carving knife and gloves. If I had to offer one place for improvement it might be a raised lip around the surface the pot contacts to help further prevent the pot from slipping while on the burner.

Deep fried a 12-1/2 lb turkey and everything went great. The chamber is perfect width that allows for a 20 lb bird but doesn’t require too much oil!

Only complaint I have is the turkey stand which holds the turkey up in the fryer isn’t very sturdy at all, it’s comes apart easily.

This fryer set seems very sturdy, well built, and it is large enough to accommodate a 20lb turkey. The burner is solid and well made, running as expected. The thermometer works well, and the carving knife is good quality, making carving very simple. The turkey mount is the only thing I am not 100% happy with. Use caution with it, make sure the hardware is tightened down all the way before using. The hook is good.My first use was a17lb followed immediately by a 20lb turkey. They both fit easily and I had no issues.The pot has a max fill line for easily filling to a safe level. It was roughly about 4 gallons of oil to the max fill line, leaving plenty of room to add your CLEANED, DRIED, COMPLETELY THAWED turkey gradually when ready to cook.If you’re new to frying a turkey, research via how to videos to ensure safety. If you don’t completely thaw and properly dry your turkey, you will most likely have a potential disaster trying this method.This turkey fryer set is of good quality, and my first two birds came out perfectly. I do recommend this product.

Fryer came quicker than anticipated. Everything is super heavy duty. High quality. Came with everything except the turkey and oil. Already used it once. Heated to temp quickly. Needed very little adjustments.

I purchased an aluminum pot last year, used it once, dropped it and now it has a hole in it. I knew I needed a heavy stainless one, and I found this.This thing is a nice, heavy gauge stainless pot that will hold up for the next 10 years. I would definitely purchase it again.
