The turkey deep fryer comes with a propane burner with 55,000 BTU of heat, enough to cook food quickly and evenly. Our products also come with a 5PSI CSA-certified regulator. This regulator helps you adjust the heat to get your food to your desired doneness. The stand is made of steel and has triangular supports on the bottom of the legs to prevent tipping over and ensure your safety when cooking outdoors. I have used twice once for fish fry and the other for steaming crab legs . Very easy set up easy to use and very easy to clean. Top grade aluminum.
