I bought this as a replacement for two mailbox 📫 locks that we didn’t have keys for but because how these locks work you can’t remove them without and jet because they don’t turn. So I had to cut off the ones I was replacing that little latch that locks and unlocks the mailbox. But once those were off it was a quick and easy replacement process. BUT don’t ever lose the key 🔑 because the only way to removed them without a key is to cut that latch off.
