There is not really any back support to this shirt. It fits about like a UA compression shirt but with less support. Sizes are also based on Asian size guidelines, so make sure you size up. I am a US 1XL, but the 2XL fits best in this shirt. It is a bit snug, but I bought it to be snug to help with support for degenerative disc disease and helping to hide the excess skin from losing 1/3 of my body weight (120 lbs). My height is 5’9”.The flap on the front is rather worthless. It does not add any extra compression. The material is too stretchy to add any benefit. There are three rows of 30 or so bra hooks on the left side of the flap to secure it. (The wearer’s physical left.) If you don’t secure it, the fabric will just be hanging loose and look unsightly. It takes a bit longer to get dressed with all of the hooks. If you have restricted movement to your left side, I would recommend something without all of the closures.The shoulder panels are non-stretchable mesh. I suppose this is to keep you cooler, but I don’t find any benefit from it. It would provide better chest support if it were all the spandex blend rather than just the mid and abdominal sections. The length is great in that you can tuck it into your pants for a sleeker appearance under your regular clothes. Due to the rows of hooks, it does not really bend at the waist how one would wish, so it might be uncomfortable if you do a lot of sitting.Arm holes are a standard diameter of a tighter fitting tank top as well, so if you are intending to help control or hide skin in the side-boob area, this will not quite do it for you. The arm holes should be more like a tee with the sleeves removed, but this is closer to the large arm holes of a tank top without being gaping like a muscle shirt.As for visibility under clothing, I bought the black. That would be a mistake with lighter colored or white t-shirts. Unfortunately, they only make white or black that I can find. With a garment like this, you would want closer to a beige or skin tone to truly hide it. Even if it were hidden, the edge seams are quite visible under another shirt.The side benefit is that will teach a teenager how to remove a bra one-handed. I only wish I had this younger so that I could better develop that skillset, but the wife isn’t complaining. If that is what you are looking for, I would recommend this purchase. If you are looking for support or compression, you may wish to move along.

The quality of the fabric was pretty low, you cannot easily button it up cause the clamps are very tight and hard to reach. The clamps and the part of the fabric where the clamps are sewn to it are pretty coarse and can easily be easily seen under a tight shirt. It was a waste of money!

This compression shirt provides excellent support and compression, particularly for the upper body. While it may initially feel restrictive and challenging to remove, especially when perspiring, there is a technique to facilitate its removal. Notably, the shirt effectively creates compression without relying on the belly strap.However, the belly strap itself does not seem to contribute significantly to the overall compression, and its feel diminishes over time. Additionally, the limited availability of smaller sizes poses a challenge, as the shirt is already difficult to put on and take off.To enhance this product, it would be beneficial to introduce two additional levels of tightness for the belly strap, thereby catering to a wider range of body types and compression preferences.

I thought this would really pull the belly in. It did some, but not to the degree I thought it might. Also, it is very hard to put on and even harder to take off.

Excellent top. I've tried so many compression tops over the past few years and this one is among my favorites. It's light on the shoulders, but nice and compressed on the chest and midsection. Which allows you to jump, stretch, or contort into any position without your gut busting out. I can't recommend this product enough. Guys, if you're trying to look like you shaved off 10lbs, or even if you just want your shirts to fit better. Give this a try!

First of all, the package came earlier than expected which is a big plus. I always wear a tank top when I workout but now this one comes with a waist trimmer which doubled my training. I like how tight and flexible it is. Also it is not cotton which makes it very durable. I recommend this product to anyone.
