Once I received the head set the it worked great for about a month then the mic quit working.

My husband uses this for work as a security guard. He was getting too many ear infections with the ones that go inside your ear. It’s very comfortable. This is the 2nd one we bought. The last one lasted for about 6 months before the microphone stopped working. He uses this every shift working 40 hours a week.

Loved this product. I hear everything anyone calls out on radio now. I don’t have to stop what I’m doing anymore just to pick up my radio and hold it close to my ear

The product appears well-made, comfortable, loud, and clear plus makes it easier to detect ambient noise. Because nothing inserts into the ear it also avoids ear infections. I highly recommend this product but feel the cables should be a little longer to fit personnel over 4xl in size.

i got this in august of 2023 here it is February 2024 i use it 5 days a week 8-9 hours a day for work and let me say this it has saved my ears in many ways. the clip for the mic is one of the most important parts for me due to my radio is clipped to the pants pocket so its not that "secure" and it falls one in a while about 1-3 times a week depends on what im doing mostly so this is why i love the clip for the mic it is strong it holds up the the "drop" of the radio and keeps the ear peace from ripping my ear offfor the sound quality it is good and for the ear "bracket" the thing that loops on your ear. i hardly feel it untill i start to sweat then it get to be annoying for a few hrs untill i forget about it

I liked how the earpiece was able to sit comfortably in my tiny ears. I didn’t like how the product stopped working on me after 2 months of using them at work. Gonna shop around but may purchase again if nothing else jumps out at me.

I think the biggest reason that items from companies like 'Commountain' hit differently is because they focus on the things that matter on the workplace.It doesn't matter if the item you build is sleek and has bells and whistles if you can't use it for it's intended purposes without a struggle.The intended purposes of this item of course being Radio to Radio communication, and the comfort associated with that.This earpiece fits perfectly in my ear with all of the included attachments, the sound quality is on point, my mic is loud and clear to my coworkers (unlike the cheap alternatives we've tried from other companies), and best of all -- the cord is high quality. It isn't going to fray and fall apart like so many other devices/attachments have for me in the past.The biggest issue I have with this particular item is that the adjustable ear piece for your lobe doesn't extend/shorten further -- it feels like it has very limited alter-ability, which for me is not an issue but I could see someone with larger or odd shaped ears having limitations.For the price, this is the home run item. Should I need to replace this one at any point, I'll simply be doing so with the same model.4.8 out of 5, all said and done.(For clarifications sake, I use this with a Moto XPR3500e at my job. This item was purchased by myself, for workplace usage.)
