The spline appears to be of good quality and the correct size. It was however shipped in a thin envelope and the very dry spline arrived in many pieces. The return was handled well and the replacementarrived in one piece despite it being packaged in a thin envelope.I have not seen my refund as yet.

Guess I don't know Jack about canning material. I have 4 bar stool patio chairs that have set in the sun and the canning material has deteriorated on the top frame. So thought I would DIY project and replace. The product I ordered was not what I thought it was. It's not like you can return this product after it's been soaked in water and did not become pliable. Disappointed, but it was just $3.

I purchased an antique wicker cradle for my granddaughter and it had several broken reeds. Although I was planning to repair it when I bought it, I thought the end result would likely be less than perfect. In fact, I was able to do the repairs with the Basket Reed Spline very easily and the repairs are almost invisible. After painting the cradle in an antique pewter blue, it looks old but perfect. Since I had plenty of spline left over, I gave the rest to my son and daughter-in-law and they used it to make repairs on a set of wicker furniture for their porch. Again, the repairs were easy to accomplish and are hard to find.
