I am a professional baker of 50 years experience. This mixer is modeled after mixers 30 times it size. It works perfectlyIf you only doing bread. This machine is designed solely for bread. It can do 4-5 loafs at a time or 20 loafs an hour. If you a novice baker. This machine might be too much for you. It takes a huge footprint and requires a dedicated circuit…. Saying all that. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Best damn mixer for dough there is for it size

I bought it for my girlfriend, she is always baking cakes, cookies and other dishes for people, usually several times a week. The dough hook and the beater are cast stainless steel, they are top quality and should last forever. The whisk is also stainless steel and should last. Well worth it.

La mezcladora es muy buena,onestamente yo necesitaba algo más grande pero decidí quedarme con ella y a sido de gran ayuda para cantidades pequeñas uf excelente si la quieres para tus casa o para negocio igual te sirve,de verdad la recomiendo, un 10 de 10.

This mixer is solid. It has 1 speed and would be considered medium to fast on a multi-speed spiral mixer. If you're making pizza dough, cold water will keep the dough from warming up while mixing. The mixing bowl is not removable, but is easy to clean and the price is pretty good for this size of mixer. I'll update if it breaks down within the next few months.
