Used it once and it worked great. Pulled it out a month later and the screen's filled with gibberish. Recharge, change batteries, reset. Nothing works. Let's see what hoops I must jump through to enjoy UEi's "10 Year Warranty". I'll be reporting back...-----Sent the unit back to UEi and they could not have been better! The company honored their warranty, paid for postage both ways and got it back out to me in a day. The bust customer service I've seen in years from anyone. These people stand behind their products. I changed my review to 5 stars .

User friendly covers and all the thing's you need for residential systems. I do wish it came with a case or bag.
