Your cart is empty.Instructions For Using The REV X E85 Test Kit:
1. Fill with water to the "Water Fill Line".
2. Fill with the E85 Gasoline to the gasoline fill line.
3. Apply Cap and Firmly tighten - To avoid any leaking liquid.
4. Shake until contents are fully blended (or suspended).
5. Rest on a flat surface and let the contents settle out of suspension.
6. Ethanol will appear above the "Water Fill Line" and under the Gasoline that is present above it.
7. The volume present above the "Water Fill Line" will represent the total percentage of Alcohol/Water present in the Gasoline or Alcohol that was tested.
8. When test is complete simply pour out contents & allow air dry. When dry, apply cap and the tester is ready to be used again. Always dispose of gasoline in accordance with any local, state or federal laws. Do not pour gas from tester back into gas can or vehicle.

Works just as it should. Add water up to water fill line. Add E85 up to gasoline fill line. Shake well. Watch it separate out for a very visible percentage line.

Use this testing bottle weekly. Perfect size and easy to read. Not too fond of the sticker they use because it’s not squarely wrapped around the bottle. Still does the job.

Read a report that someone testing their ethanol free gas used this to check the gas they were using. It came up NOT ethanol free. I wanted to check the Maverik Post Fall Idaho ethanol free premium gasoline. Using this tester I confirmed Maverik ethanol free gasoline truly was ethanol free. I put their gas in my 2005 Chevy SSR with the 6.0 ltr LS2 with a Magnuson supercharger. Not a good vehicle to drive a snowing streets, therefore it spends winter in the garage. Ethanol breaks down.

Needed a little tester to keep around the car just in case im flipping to my E85 tune. Had a bad gas situation so now I knew i needed to test a pump before filling up so I don't grenade the engine. This little tester is pretty accurate and compact. Fill to water line then gas line. Give a good shake and then let it do its work. For sure id buy again if something happened to it.
