As a Senior Technical Writer for the DoD, I needed some good composition books to track changes to various software updates. Since unauthorized laptops are not allowed in the space, these books seemed to fit the bill for what I needed to do. There are other Composition Books listed, but I really didn't need 50 of them. They work well for what I needed, and a set of five is a good number for me. Very happy with the purchase.

I write a lot of notes as I go thru various projects and these notebooks are great. The books open flat, and since pages are sewn-in, not glued, they stay in even after being used. The cover is hard and can support the book while you write in it. Just like the notebooks of my youth...

I craft with these with my grandkids. We get out our markers, rubber stamps, colored pencils, crayons . . .We can stamp an image and then color it in. We can personalize each journal to fit the recipient. Or we can personalize with our own drawings. One recipient uses these little notebooks to keep score when they play games. Decorate the front with game images.Inexpensive, useful craft idea. Notebook seems well made.
