This is not a "collapsible" carrier. It needs to be taken apart into 3 pieces to fold down and then it needs to be put back together to use. If you don't want to need to take the time to zip the thing together (figuring out which zipper part goes where) every time you need it, it's going to be a large solid blob all of the time.I want to reach for my cat carrier and have it immediately ready to put the cat into. IN an emergency, this would not be a good choice.Returned.

I LOVE this carrier! It's soft-sided and easy to clean. It's ventilated on all sides so it's OK to use in the summer heat, and you can add a towel or blanket in the cooler months. When not in use, it FOLDS down into a 2x2-x2-ish inch square that can be stored almost anywhere! No more storing hard carriers that take up too much space! It comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to accommodate your pet's size. Highly recommend!

I have an older cat and she is a little pudgy. There was no room for her to move at all. She gave me a look like, "You've got to be kidding..." A small cat, a rabbit or a ferret would fit. Collapsible feature is nice, but had to return due to how small it is.

Bought these to transport my cats across the country. Seem to be made well and easy to put together. I really like that they collapse down for easy storage. However, my cats are too fat so I have to send them back because they’re kinda small

Thick but not too thick, meaning makes it sturdy and durable light weight. I have purchased many from domes,backpacks strollers and 3 in 1. I like this better. Portable not too big not too small
