I purchased the medium sized carrier for 3 cats a variety of sizes and weights for vet visits. The carrier comes with a travel kit however the kit was missing upon delivery. I contacted the company by email after business hours to let them know the kit was missing. I received an email the next day from a nice staff person indicating that a kit would be mailed out right away. Apparently the kit now has updated wheels. The carrier seems sturdy for cats, has extra air vents and a pad is provided for the inside. Although not difficult to set up it’s a little tricky to get all the angles lined up. The carrier can be broken down for storage but I choose to have it ready to go for vet appointments and store it in my car. The carrier was used for a vet appointment the day after receipt and the staff at the clinic thought it was a nice carrier. The top handle is stronger than another carrier I had and didn’t pop out of place which could be dangerous. With the addition of wheels which will arrive shortly, it will be easier to transport the crate than constant lifting which can be hard on the back with heavier animals. Safety , construction, reliability and ease of movement were the main reasons for this purchase.
