Colgate optic white is my go to brand for immediate Brightness and cleanliness of my teeth, however for less Sensitivity I would recommend using a pea size amount each time you brush. The freshness of breath it exudes after is amazing with great Foaming and Ease of use.

I don't really notice any whitening but it definitely maintains the whiteness I have from using other products. Get crest 3D white instead. That one is amazing.
