Flouride toothpaste with minimal ingredients without harmful chemicals! I am big into oral hygiene and this paste has helped a lot to keep my teeth white and healthy. The mint flavor is so good that when I use other paste while traveling or crashing at someone's house, I feel like I didn't brush at all.

Overall this is a good product. It brushed well, was not as annoyingly foamy as other brands, and had a light minty taste.The only negative is that my breath did not feel as fresh after brushing with this product.
