Cleaning this is a breeze, which apparently is not the case with a lot of other cold brew carafes. It looks nice, is easy to wash and doesn't take up much space in the fridge. Love that it came with the scoop and the collapsible funnel!

Love this Cold brew maker, good size so you can use it for 1 to 2 days before making more. If this is your 1st time ever buying a cold brew maker this is the one to buy gives you everthing you need. A measuring cup for the coffee and a funnel to use. Cleanup is also very easy, just unscrew the bottom of the Filter and clean it for the next pot. Highly recommend this product.

I love this thing.Made of fairly sturdy glass, has a bit of weight to it, lid screws on nice & snug had no experience of leaks or drips so far, fits really nice in my fridge door.Easy to use, just stick about 70g of course ground coffee in the fine mesh filter & add about a litre of water & forget about it for a day.Filter pops out for easy cleaning, I've noticed a tiny amount of fine sediment in the bottom of the jug, but if you don't adgitate it too much nothing finds its way to your cup.Highly recommended for a quick start to cold brew.

First, quick notes about this product, which I LOVE. It is the perfect size for the refrigerator door, makes a cold brew that has such amazing flavor, and the pitcher even pours without spilling! I'm tempted to buy another one just to use for my iced tea (cold brew style) because it can be so challenging to find a pitcher that pours without drips. I was looking for a size that would fit on the door, a type that would make the cold brew with minimal or no residue, simple to use with easy clean up, and affordable. This one hit all of those points and really well. The rubber funnel and measuring spoon are extra bonuses that i use all the time. The picture is next to my knife block to give you size comparison and the filter with coffe is inside.Second, here are my notes regarding cold brew (and the Gator makes great cold brew!) For various reasons I have been drinking more coffee lately, but trying to drink it without my usual ton of sugar and ton of cream because I liked it sweet and creamy, not bitter which black coffee always seemed to me. Since summer was approaching I switched to iced coffee (create with french press, then chill and drink with ice) and discovered I still wanted a fair amount of cream but really didn't miss the sugar. That got me curious about the whole cold brew thing, did some research and for the reasons listed above, chose the Gator. Wow. All the research told me it would be lower in acidity, zero bitterness, and great flavor, but I was amazed how absolutely true all of that really was!! My first batch was just overnight, 3 spoonfuls (the included measuring spoon) of coarsely ground coffee. It was a bit light but WOW!! I could taste subtleties in coffee I have never tasted before! After several more attempts i landed on 4 spoons of beans (measuring only beans, not ground), coarsely ground, then 8-12 hours. Perfect. Rich. Super, super smooth. Flavors still pop out. Sometimes I add a little milk but many times I actually prefer it without the milk because the flavors are so interesting and complex!To sum up, cold brew blew my mind, it is replacing my wonderful teas more often than not. And the Coffee Gator does a fantastic job at making it simply, with easy clean up and a cup of coffee with nuances of flavors you might not have ever tasted before
