Good controller, works fine and build quality is probably a little higher than others I've used recently.

I don't have much to say other than these have worked flawlessly. Can't expect more than that.

I bought two of these and hooked them to a NEMA34 stepper which is rated at 5.5 amps. No matter where I set the current selector DIP switches, the maximum current I can get is about 1.5 amps. My power supply has 10 Amp capacity and is running at 30 Volts DC. I originally thought the unit was not working. After further testing, I believe it IS working, but the current through the motor coil must be different than the current draw from the power supply. When I get an oscilloscope, I will measure voltage across the motor leads to determine the true motor current to see if it matches the specifications. I'm keeping these for now, as they seem to be functioning. Would be really nice to have an instruction manual shipped with the unit.

I am using this to control a 4th axis on my CNC mill and I am very happy with its performance. It runs amazingly cool even though I am using it over 3 AMPs on my NEMA 23 stepper motor 57mm 3A 2-phase 4 wire. I recommend ++. I am using a 24 Volt power supply. Great Value.
