This cushion helps with lower back pain very much. I can now sit on my chair for long periods of time without needing to get up and stretch/massage my lower back. Its very comfortable.

Added much comfort to a old office chair I have. Back support seems to be very good. Bottom cushion could be a bit longer and does move around a little when sitting on it both minor things to me

I have sciatica issues from an L5 - S1 compression. I'm 6'2" and 180lbs.For me, the cushion started off being comfortable however after 30-40 minutes it lost support and I got pain in my thighs. The separate back support was decent and was easy to place for comfort but I could never get the 2 balanced.I do not think it is a bad product but even the XLarge size left me with painin my thighs because the cusion was too narrow and too short for me.Yes, it does crush after prolonged siting but it regains it shape quickly.

I'm 170lbs, 5'7" so not too big and this fits me pretty well. The bottom does move around quite a bit, would be nice if it had straps, I'm thinking of duck taping it to my chair. I looked up the chair my work supplied me and its a $450 chair, it's quite nice and definitely not cheap. However, my back always hurt in this thing. I noticed the first day using the cushions a major improvement in my posture and over all comfort. Wish i had gotten this sooner.

Perfect for my son and helps his sit up straight when playing in his gaming chair! He says it makes a huge difference as the cushion in his expensive gaming chair was giving out and not comfortable at all! Highly recommend, great quality cushion for back support!
