This is what I use as my first step in my oral care routine. It is a clear unflavored rinse that leaves my mouth feeling less sensitive. I do feel this has helped my gums feel healthier overall. I would recommend adding this product to your oral care routine. The hubby and I have this on auto ship.

I have several autoimmune illnesses that cause horrible, painful mouth sores and lesions. I get them all over my mouth, including on my tongue. It becomes impossible to eat, drink and talk, without a ton of pain (fortunately I live alone and do not talk to myself!) Because I am desperate to relieve the pain, I don't always follow my rule to Google every ingredient. Imagine my surprise that, when I checked the ingredients after this rinse worked, I found it to contain Trisodium Phosphate. WHAT?!?!- that is the same stuff I used to clean a house after stripping old house paint to prepare for painting anew!.

This was recommended by my dentist for gum issues. Ever since I started using it, my dentist has noticed my gums are better. I like that it is really mild and you don't have to add the flavor if you don't want it. Even adding the flavor it is still very mild. Make sure to read and follow the directions.

We were both recently told by our dentist to use this mouthwash and we decided to try it out.It is unflavored and bland, definitely no burning feeling!We like it a lot!I absolutely dislike the mouthwash products that cause so much burning and discomfort and very happy to have been recommended this product!

Me encanta. No arde, no hace daño. Es increíble. He notado que blanquea mis dientes y se siente de verdad la boca muy limpia y sana. Para aquellas personas que tienen sangrado en las encías os lo recomiendo junto a el Listerine de menta fresa, un cepillo de cerdas blandas.
