Lost half the product on shipping. The bucket was moved into a plastic bag but was well over half gone when it arrived do to spillage someplace in delivery. The seal on the bucket does not hold up in shipping. Recommend not buying due to not being able to ship without spillage happening. We kept it because we needed it right away and did not want to deal with trying to seal it and ship it back but felt cheated. If the figure out a way to seal it we would order again because good product.

We buy this every summer for our pool. Love how long this package lasts us with our above ground pool.

These work better than any brand or type we’ve used. We’ve used a lot of brands, and granules, liquids and pellets. Just add some once a week and no need for shock since it’s already in the granules for you. Saves money not having to buy 2 different products to use. Love all Clorox pool supplies I’ve tried.

The product does as it says. It keeps my pool very clean and blue. Works fast too! However, maybe its just me but every time I open the container and pour the powder into water and dissolve it, its easy for the dustiness to fill the air and irritate my eyes and mouth. So, I just recommend wearing chemical gloves, goggles and something to cover your mouth and nose.

This chlorine is amazing! Keeps the water clear and an amazing aquamarine blue color. That is if you can get it open to actually use it. The container it comes in might as well be Fort Knox. I understand it has to be childproof but that also makes it senior citizen proof. I have to use a long handle screwdriver to pry the lid off the container, and it takes me at least a half hour to do it. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I would have given this product a 5 star rating but I had to take a star off because of the impossible packaging.UPDATE: Opening the container is actually quite simple once you understand how. It's as simple as pushing in a tab while pulling up the lid. This chlorine still amazes me with it's ability to make my jacuzzis water so sparkling and it even kills biofilm which I could never control without draining, scrubbing, rinsing and refilling. Not so expensive ($1 worth of city water) as it is time consuming.) I love this stuff!

Dose the job the only problem is the lid is not as easy to unsnap as I would expect perhaps a little trimming of the plastic snap will fix this.

I have purchased this product for several years, and overall thought it was doing the job. I ordered the 6 lb. container and it arrived damaged. The container was a different design with the lid hinged and much cheaper plastic that the original style with the screw on lid. The container was broken and had spilled inside the shipping box. The smell of chlorine was overpowering, and it appeared that it had been spilled, swept up with dirt and debris, and poured back into the container. I attempted to get a refund on the product, but have been ignored. I would have thought that a replacement would have been in order, but I ended up ordering and paying for the next container. It arrived in better shape, but still smells strongly of chlorine and is difficult to open. The people at the Post Office complained. I do not like the newer style container, and the chlorine seems to have evaporated as it is ineffective in clearing the tub water and does not register on the test strips even after I have thrown in a larger than normal dose. I have heard nothing even though I reported the damaged container and have not received a refund on the damaged shipment. It is not useable and not worth shipping it back. I am very unhappy with the customer service and the product.
