When Wal Mart ran out of the shock made by Clorox that I normally used I turned to Amazon and thought that this was a good price. This pool shock is phenomenal because without fail my semi green or semi cloudy pool will be crystal clear the following morning. I will not use another brand again because after seven years of pool ownership I found a product that genuinely does what it is supposed to do.

Shocked worked really well. Don’t use too much for clean up. Turned the pool cloudy and we had to add baking soda

This shock is cheaper than any other I’ve found, but it is very fine and easily gets into the air. I wore a mask after using it for the first time and getting it up my nose. My nose burned and was swollen. The second time I used it while wearing a mask and I still had to hold my breath because it was burning my nose.

I've bought so many pool shocks on Amazon that just don't work at all. HTH, Clorox, In the swim, I forget all I have tried. One I even put all 6 pounds in with no results...This product actually works!Cleared up my yellowish stained walls. Cleared up my water amazing, and brought my chlorine levels up from zero with only 2lbs. I plan to add 1 bag a week, or perhaps 2. At this good of a price, combine this shock and my robot pool vaccum and there is NO need for a pool guy!

I tried a few pool products before this one and they did not clear the greenish water in my pool.This product did and does keep the water clear and clean looking BUT, Buyer be AWARE that you need the all package for a 5,000 gallons pool to turn your greenish water clear.The info about a package works for a 12,000 gallons water is !!!Just for everyone to know

Product did as claimed. Easy to use. Unfortunately results not long lasting. I suppose filter and saltwater/ chlorine systems are supposed to take over but I have intex products which don't work correctly.Ist box delivered all broken. Got replacement very quickly. Ended up using broken packaged product as Intex wasn't working and I tried keep water clear.I would recommend this priduct
