Need to Install after Receiving

These cloches worked fantastic. Kept small plants frost free and growing. Also, I have more than a few rabbits, so these cloches offered initial protection. The plants are happy under there and a growing fast! Make some bigger ones please!

Lost a few plants to squirrels who enjoyed a tasty snack on their roots, got these covers and they work well. They have holes at the top so the plant can breathe and water gets in. They are sturdy and can be secured to the ground. Great purchase.

The need was urgent, but the solution was just right right under normal conditions. Some dahlias planted last year all came up and were immediately under attack from slugs. The foliage was significantly damaged. These cloches arrived on time and were placed over the dahlias just in time. The domes protected the plants and the extra boost of warmth persuaded regrowth. They have all survived. Next year, I'll place the cloches out immediately. These are sturdy enough to use for many seasons.I love the adjustable top vents which also allow watering without removing the cloche. They are little sentinels on full time duty.

They're extremely thin but they do the job. I like the pens that come with it and it covers my plants. The cons are they aren't very large and the green air hole cover can easily fall off. But the value is great and they do the job.

From reading the reviews I had concerns about the quality. I was surprised when they came at how nice they actually are. Sturdy plastic I believe will last multiple seasons.They come stacked. Slowly worked my way around each one lifting slightly and they easily come apart. If you have experience separating stacked buckets you’ll know how to take these apart.The green vent top fits fine. I placed a hand inside the dome supporting the top plastic where the green disks pin goes into the dome. Use the other hand to push down on the disk popping the little pin into the dome. They open and close nicely and haven’t moved in the wind.Within hours I was already seeing humidity building up inside the dome. Put them on in colder temps so took a bit to warm up inside.Working great. Will be buying a second set as I have more cuttings to start.

I am very happy with these. My only complaint is that those green cover things don't work. They don't fit in the holes properly. However, since they are not needed, I just threw them out. Otherwise, the plastic domes served their purpose which was to protect my seedlings from something that was eating them- probably rabbits. In addition, I noted that the plants grew much faster under the covering -more than the ones not under the covering. I think condensation collects and drips down so the plant (tomato) feels it is in the humid tropics. Anyway it works but now my plants have outgrown them and I am looking for something bigger.

I really like this product, I already had some seedlings sprout so I wasn’t able to try them from the very start, I just covered my current seedlings. But I’m confident there wouldn’t have been any issues. The only thing I wish was better, is the little green top it comes with, unless I’m doing something wrong, it doesn’t actually attach at the top, it just kind of sits there. I would think it would snap in place, yes there’s a little opening where it goes, but it would be nice if it stayed in place. I’ve had wind knock the top off. Other than that, I’ll likely purchase more in the future.

I just had the chance to use these on my lettuces. They worked very well and my lettuce survived the freezing temps just fine. I was actually surprised they worked. I was skeptical since they are plastic, a thick plastic though. We're supposed to have heavy rains next week so will cover up the lettuces again. The tops have air holes so some water will be able to get in. So far so good.
