I can’t speak to the quality or durability but in case this helps others— I bought this with the intention of using on my Monos Carry On luggage. I purchased the 22inch, and it was too big. I had to send it back.

These plastic covers are made good but they run small. I purposely ordered it a size up & it was too big for my suitcase. If you have a 19" suitcase, buy a size 22" cover.

Covers and protects check in luggage when It came back it was scuffed but the samsonite was good as new.

It fit the luggage quite well, but went to when checked in. It came off and was damaged received in a separate bag from baggage claim at airport. I don’t know if it was product quality or just should not be put on luggage when checking in not any use to me in protecting my luggage.

Used this for an overseas trip and it worked well prevented scuffs on my new suitcase. Plastic is of good quality fit my 26 inch case like a glove and prevented scuffs. Would buy this again and well worth the price paid. Also looked good and stayed in tact. Easy to slip in and off.
