I love this silicone for all sorts of things in the bathroom and kitchen. It seals really well and I like the screw on nozzle that be removed, cleaned and reused without cutting the nice tip.

The product is top notch, no smell, cures in a few hrs., feels very strong and pliable. Used for sealing OSB board to exterior wall rebuild as well as mass loaded vinyl sealing interior studs and the sill stud anchored on the concrete slab over the sill seam layer. However, there was damage to the box when it arrived and two bottles had their nozzles completely sheared off which caused the silicon to totally solidify inside. Amazon did their part and solved the issue so I am ordering two more cases now. Highly recommended... also, wear rubber gloves and have a ton of them on hand because you will need them if you're using fingers to push in the sealing into corners or cracks.

This clear Bioseal silicone applies smoothly. It is pretty low viscosity but a bead will hold itself fine on a vertical surface unless you have applied a large quantity. It tooled well for me but that needed to be done soon after application as it quickly develops a skin which is pretty much tack free. I always use a masking when applying since this is not paintable and I have never mastered getting a perfect bead or fill. I found with this that the very thin edge separation broke cleanly in unmasking so it didn’t create any of the stringy pull-always that I usually have with silicone. That is one feature of this product which II am using this as an edge caulking on laminate installation. Filling over a compressed foam backing rod on a 1/4 edge expansion joint gap between flooring and wall. I found it super easy to do a following dressing with my finger, thus eliminating almost all of the waste which I normally have with a tooled application. Smart guys probably figured that one out many years ago. 🤓😵💫

I purchased this to use for interior work in a clients home who is severely chemical sensitive. This product has no discernible odor out of the tube or after application. The client showed no signs of sensitivity whatsoever. Only 4 stars as it was sent without the applicator tip making it useless. Fortunately I had one left unused from a previous project.

It is outdoor use not indoor. The advertisement said indoor, but the instruction saide outdoor use. I used it in my washroom and the very strong odor make me headache for one day. The odor keep for couple days even I kept the washroom fan on for couple days. Very strong and bad smell.The headache keep for one day to release.Not recommend to use this product.Again you should use it outdoor and put mask on to protect you.

I ordered two of these at the same time and neither tubes came w a nozzle. Left message to seller asking if he could jus send me two nozzles instead of having to send both back and start the whole order from scratch. No response. Had to postpone a project already planed and was almost ready to do. Had to request a refund and then drop the items off at a UPS. I ordered two more and received another 2 tubes but instead of getting a nozzel for each one, I received just one tip. Planned on giving the 2nd caulk to my daughter if I liked the product but the whole tube is a waiste of money w/o that stupid attachment. Pruduct comes out too messy w just the short stubby tip. Applied this cault in my bathroom about month go and already its coming off. I give this product and seller a one star rating

A pleasant surprise to try this brand on a whim. Not only is the price very reasonable, this silicone’s texture handles very well being thick and smooth. It’s a neutral cure so it won’t have the vinegar smell but it does have a bitter odour to it. Nowhere does it say that’s it’s odourless so I’m not sure where others are expecting it to be inert. If you’re using over half the tube in one application, yeah, open the window. Just common sense.
