This product works great. I was a little concerned that my 8” Milwaukee slip joint pliers would be too big for this but they fit great with a little molding. I was able to soak the holder in water and then let it dry with my pliers in place. After that, I applied some oil to help protect it and last longer. I will purchase again.

The weight of the knife seems to push down too far and cut the threads which separates the leather. Would be better to be made with Kevlar threads or find a way not to have seems directly in blade path

My pliers fit in it perfect. I think it's important to realize that these are not for standard linesman pliers like most people with negative reviews have. However my knipex fit perfectly, and a basic pair of slipjoints fits with a little squeezing. Overall I like it so far(I opened the Amazon box 30 minutes ago), the leather seems reasonably thick and the rivets/stitching good. Will update if any issues arise.

Stained for color and protection as soon as I received it. It's a slightly tight fit for linesman pliers but with a little wiggle it can loosen up a bit. The Klein linemans fit alright in the holster but the Milwaukee's seemed to be too large to fit comfortably. Good so far.
