We love these chairs. We bought 8 for our City Council Meetings. I unpacked them and put them together in 2 hours by myself with no issues. It was important to follow instructions and to keep all 8 screws very loose when first getting them lined up - I just did finger tight. If you did that, all the screws lined up then I tightened them with a cordless drill.

This either was a smaller back shipped or misalignment on holes - either way could not have put together. Returning for other option.

Everything was as described... you have to really follow the directions which I should have and made it harder on myself. Love the chairs I bought 2 and they are really nice and I am seeing them all over the place now so they are doing something right... great for people who need assistance getting up from a chair it is sturdy.

Chair arrived in crushed in box and opened in damaged condition.. Just got box yesterday . Thought it should be returned.. was very mad. But Amazon and Manufacturer Had Nothing to do with shipping damage...Non caring delivery company caused problem....Son was able to fix damage area and i am keeping chair.Chair is all together and i must say it is a beautiful, well made comfortable chair . Sorry to Amazon andManuf. for a wrong accusation at them.. I apologize............ Gary Martin
