I like playing this more than my standard size guitar because it's not as loud and I am less likely to bump it in to something.

This is a super clean well made guitar. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it looked and feels. I like the handy feel of the 3/4 size and it comes with a decent travel case. All this and limited free lessons online. Can’t beat this guitar for a great starter or kick around for adults and youth alike. With care I would expect this to provide great sound for many years. Would recommend.

There are few blemishes but overall it's very nice. It does need to be retuned often at first (which is normal) but not nearly as often as I expected. The guitar sounds much nicer than I expected and overall it is a nice instrument.

I was delighted when I unpacked the guitar. It is even more handsome than was pictured. Its fine finish, beautiful colors and the intricate detail of the decoration around the sound hole, and the fact this guitar has a truss rod in the neck that can be adjusted if needed, are features I'd expect on a more expensive guitar. I love the mellow tones it produces, which are very pleasing to my ear. It came with a thickly padded black gig bag that is made of high quality material that looks water resistant or even waterproof, and workmanship on it is great. For $119.95 this quality guitar and gig bag are a great deal. Hola! Music is also a wonderful company from which to purchase. I've had only great experiences with them.

I am 5'1" with obviously small hands and own three Taylor GS Minis (23.5" scales) and a Fender Mustang 90 (24" scale). I love small scale guitars, which are tough to find, and decided, since I am interested in teaching myself fingerstyle, to take a chance on this instrument as it probably has about a 23" scale length, which I verified it does.I couldn't wait to open the box and was totally delighted at the sheer quality the instrument has. It is absolutely beautiful, and one would think it cost a great deal more.I tuned it up and played a few blues riffs and a bit of fingerstyle and was amazed at the projection and commanding "voice" this little guitar has! This is absolutely one of the biggest and best bargains I have ever gotten. It is easier to play fingerstyle on it as the strings are slightly further apart and you can get your right hand fingers onto the strings more easily without slipping off. This is a beautiful first guitar for a young person just starting to learn and when I read through the reviews, I noted several other physically smaller adults had bought it for themselves. It is easier to get your right arm over and makes playing chords easier than a 24.75" or 25.5" scale. This price point for such a beautiful instrument is nothing short of amazing. Whether you are buying it for a child or for yourself, this is a value not to be missed. You won't be disappointed!

The Hola Model HG-36GLS arrived safe and sound to it's new home by the sea. It's in perfect condition. The strings are what I use on all my nylon guitars (Savarez 540R). The body is made of mahogany and spruce and is the same size as my Torres! The neck is smaller with nice binding, and will be very much appreciated by a new young guitarist. The action is low and easy on the fingers. The neck is mahogany. The tuners are adequate. It is a soft instrument when tuned to E, because of the 3/4 size neck. It even has a truss rod and came with an hex wrench. This works well in quiet spaces. It also came with it's own padded gig bag. Thanks Hola Music for the fast delivery and great product that arrived in pristine condition.

I bought this for my granddaughter who just turned seven. It is just the right size. It can be tuned and the strings are easy to hold down. She was able to pick out some songs right away and play some abbreviated chords as well. We had a good time playing together. Her guitar looks like a more expensive guitar. The case is padded and she likes to carry it around. This seems to be a very caring company and I would deal with them again.

It would go out of tune within 15 minutes into lesson and my sons guitar teacher told me to return this and get a Yamaha or baby tylor
