I love it, however the letters are very quick to fall down once you place them in the sign, so you constantly (very annoying) have to pick them up. Besides that, it looks great.

I got these for my girls for Christmas because they were on sale. I’m not sure who likes it more - me or them. I’m using it as decoration for a birthday party coming up. The only thing I would change is to provide storage for the characters. There are quite a bit, which is nice, but figuring out how to keep them organized has been a little tricky.

One of them came without the black letters. I contacted the company. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and let me know customer satisfaction is top priority and took care of it. We are very happy with our purchases. I would highly recommend.
