RThe chimney was finely made.i had a size conflict. The glass shade of my lamp could not s.ide over the top. The difference was minuscule but the stopper. However, I returned it for the slender version. I would recommend these globes.

I could not find these anywhere at a reasonable price. I swap out small lamp shades for these to set a formal mood. And I needed 6 for the chandelier. Great job

Used frosted glass chimneys before and they work well. Had two that had a golden wash which bathed the room in a warm glow.

I recieved these globes today and I'm very impressed !! They arrived in perfect condition, packaging was awesome so they weren't broken !! I have a vintage pole lamp from the 70's and these fit perfectly and look amazing. Highly recommend

The lamp chimneys arrived in perfect condition wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and inside a box. They are not actual frosted glass but they have a white coating to simulate a frosted appearance. The coating was a disappointment but they will "work" for now. The coating is easily scratched unlike real frosted glass. I am not sure how the coating will stand up to cleaning etc. They probably will not work for a real oil lamp. I will be looking for some real frosted glass parts to match my other fixtures. The parts had UPC stickers that were difficult to remove.
