It really doesn’t work well the cookie dough sticks all over the place. It’s hard to clean.

I bought this originally to make falooda noodles. But with all the attachments the possibilities are endless. The handle may be hard to use for people with joint issues. It’s easy to clean. Good value for the price if you bake a lot. This is my first churro maker, so not sure how it stacks up to others, but I have no complaints so far.

Even though this is a churros maker, I wanted to use the various nozzles for cookies, like the butter cookies. I can make churros, too.I will say, it’s a bit tough on the hands and grip if you have trouble with your hands. It looks easy but it does take some work to get the dough through. It may take practice. Not sure.

I was hoping this would be a replacement for my cookie spritz that I lost long ago. I thought it would be easy enough for the kids to make cookies with over the holidays but it was not a great replacement. Lining up the stainless steel barrel to the black ring will only fit one way. It took several tries to figure this out and the instructions were not very helpful. It was more targeted with the churro recipe than the mechanics of the cookie press. The included discs were nice, worked as intended, and made the associated designs of cookies. I did not test this as a churro maker as it is marketed for but the function is the same. Overall, it worked, but I don't intend to use it again. It was hard to press the handle for the spritz and the attachment of the unit and rings was not very intuitive.

I've got two different churro makers, and I prefer the other one. Both are modeled after caulk guns. This one matches the cheaper stamped metal type of caulk gun. My other (preferred) true maker matches the higher quality, easier to control, Red Devil style of caulk gun, and everything about it just works better.

It’s is easy to use once you follow the guide.Turn the black nozzle at the front end and then gently pull the black part out to add a metal design plate or piping system.Press the metal lever and pull the piston out.Add your dough or whatever you are using into the stainless steel gun.Put the nozzle with plate back on the front and you are all set.It came with all the items as mentioned. The piping scissors are made of plastic, which I’m not a fan of because it’s plastic.I like the quality since most of it is made of stainless steel. They provide all the cleaning utensils.
