Had the same experience as the other review. It’s easier for me to just fill up the tree manually than spend one more minute trying to figure out an easy way to use this product. It’s simply not practical and has created more of a headache for me. There’s water all over the floor, I just realized my tree hadn’t had any water in who knows how long. I really hoped this would help but instead its $30 down the drain. Was going to try to return it to get my money back but not sure if they’ll take it back after me attempting to put it to use… I also wanted to make sure others were warned about this product.

The entire design of this watering system is so bad. There is nothing in the instructions on the orientation of the reservoir bag when it is placed in the bag. The hose connection is not secure enough to prevent leaking everywhere. It just is a poor design and does not work. Do not buy this item.

I guess I’ll lead off with I should have read the set up closer before purchasing; however, I never would have thought it was this poorly designed. The interior “water holder” has the handle and spout on the top (or I guess it would be the bottom??). After filling it (to proper height) I attached the tube and ran the tube to the tree stand and then paused wondering how the water was going to miraculously levitate to the top of the water cube to the spout. Well, now I believe you are supposed to drop the water cube upside down into the outer gift, punch a hole in the outer gift and run the tube that way…should you not give up by this point, every time you would need to pull the whole thing apart to add water since the spout would be on the bottom. I guess if you use this have extra ties (or whatever you choose to use to keep the end in the tree) because you will be taking it off each time. Such a waste of money.

There's is no practical way to use this product. There is no way to extend the hose through the box and the plastic spigot rests against the bottom of the box and pushes up and out of the slot allowing water to flood out of the container. The hose is also incredibly stiff and inflexible. There is also no way to easily refill the water jug without undoing the hose and removing the container from the box. If you were to tie the ribbon around the box you'd need to undo it every time you wanted to check the water level. Very poorly designed item.
