The product I received worked well. But, it does not work as well with smaller branches. The bend could be tighter. That is why i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. But it will work for what I need.

When you move all of the connection points to the maximum, the branch bend is very minimal. The 2 side arms are not as pictured.
