I bought a used one, so likely this packaging disaster is not the company's fault, but this arrived with box smashed, and the screws to hold it together had fallen out of the box. Delivery people found a couple, put them in a bag and taped them to the OUTSIDE of the box. We had to go purchase new ones, but it took a while to get to the store and find the correct screws.Today we are putting it together and find that there's a ONE INCH GAP along the top. Like the piece doesn't even fit! It slides back and forth, making for a pretty dangerous finger pinching hazard.All in all, not a good experience for us.

Just received today, so far so good. Easy to assemble. A bit disappointed to find that the floor mat is not included.
