I use these in my garden and they are razor sharp, well-made, and absolutely useful. I’m buying a pair for my wife!

I loved these well enough I bought 2 more pairs. The blades are very sharp, able to snip through the woodiest stems. If you start receiving resistance from sap build up, these clean up easily with alcohol. Others recommended this snip because of the ease of sharpening, durability and longevity.

This is the one and only pair of trim scissors, if you know you know. Dont buy anything else.My pair did have an issue as the blades didn't mesh when i bought them, meaning they wouldnt close all the way and the blades caught on each other near the tip. To fix this i had to force them to close which chipped the blade a tiny bit and i polished it smoothly afterward allowing them to close fully but blade damage was inevitable. They work just fine though, and are 100% going to save your back and hands because they are so well thought out. The coating is great to avoid gumming up as fast, and the curve makes things possible that aren't with straight blades saving you time. There are no springs to overcome when you cut so your hands do not get fatigued nearly as fast or at all really. Do not hesitate, they are worth the money. 10/10 would buy again.

These scissors are effortless to use due to the large finger holds, curved blade and smooth action. And they are extremely sharp! Two bandaids after accidentally nipping myself twice! Planning to buy another pair for dog grooming

I dont usually write reviews, but when I do they are very thorough. These are hands down my favorite pair of scissors to use. When taken care of correctly, these can last you a long time. I usually make it to 3-4 years of use before I need to switch to a brand new pair. Clean them very well with iso-alcohol after use, and be sure to dry them completely before putting them away. If letting them soak in alcohol, only soak up to the blades, do not submerge the scissor point, and do not leave soaking more than you need to (don’t leave over night). Use these to only cut off leaves and small stems. DO NOT use these to cut branches, these are not designed for that. Chikamasa makes all kinds of garden shears with specific blades to cater to any type of garden work (pruning, harvesting, bonsais etc.). Go as long as you can w/o sharpening them, once you sharpen a blade is when it starts to (slowly) deteriorate. If you don’t know how to sharpen a curved blade, bring it to a professional sharpener. These have no resistance, and are quite ergonomic, the sizing is perfect for my hand and the blades are VERY sharp. The curve and point are perfect for precise point trimming and rounding/conforming. My daily average is 2.5-5 units/day, on a good day I’ll do 4-7. The right tools do make a difference. The only thing that would make these better would be a blade cover. I purchased 4 pairs 3 years ago that came with the blade covers, but ever since then they’ve stopped selling them with the covers.
