I have 8 chicks and this appears to be perfect, however the food and water ran out fast and as they grew bigger the food water even ran out faster. Other than that, it work great, didn't have any failure, chicks always have water and food until it ran out, never any failure that would drain the food and water. The hanging feature help a lot, just in case any small rodent like mice and even rats from reach up to take the food.Very simple to use, just unscrew, put the food in and screw it back. For the water, it's the same process, but it can be a little bit messy if you're not careful when flipping it.I hung these with some metal ropes by the way, I think it's more secure than just placing it on a block of brick or something similar. Be careful the chicks can contaminate the food water if they're able to jump on it and poop on it, can't really tell chicks not to, but keep an eye on it to clean it once in a wild.When your chicks get bigger, especially with 8 chicks I have, I would need a bigger one, otherwise I will be filling up the food and water daily.

To say I am furious would be an understatement!I will say the feeder is adequate but the waterer(even though I tightened it) came completely apart when I picked it up to place it in my brooder pen. It dumped cold water on my week old baby chicks. They were soaked and I had to work fast to dry 12 chicks! I can tell you this, if anything happens to them, if they get ill, I will hold these people responsible. I am very careful with my babies and haven’t lost any!!! I am warning you, DO NOT buy this!

Easy to used and set up. Just don’t tighten the plastic containers too tight or it will “pop” so you and do it again. Great for my little less than a week old chicks!

The water container is hard to secure and the first night with my new baby chicks is leaked out and soaked them. So much for keeping them warm and dry.

The theater works fine. When you try to screw the white bottle that came with it onto the waterer however it does not go on and you literally just have to bang it into place. I'm not happy at all with the water and would not order again but the feeder works great. I have many chickens and had an order of chickens coming and that's why I ordered when normally I go to the store myself. I still use it but good luck getting the bottle onto the
