I was hesitant to get this based on some bad reviews. I’ve only had it for a few days. There was a small dent in the front of the unit. It doesn’t affect performance so I’ll keep it. So far it’s freezing really well.

The seal on the door leaks all the way around. Well delivered no issues with the box look good on the outside wasn’t dropped. It was removed from box left sitting in the position for 48 hours. plugged in left for 48 hours before anything was set inside. Wondering if there is a seal system that could be used to seal a door better than what it does now?

Good size and it fits a lot of stuff inside. My electricity bill went up an extra $10 per month since I've been using it. Don't know if i should be concern but other from that I'm enjoying my freezer

My order arrived way sooner than I expected and WOW is this freezer nice, easy to setup just take it out of the box and plug it in Make sure on the bottom right on the unit set your temperature and there you go let it get cold for a hour or two you're all done Now I've have this freezer for 10 days it is super quiet, fits a lot of items for the size 3.5 cu. ft I'm very pleased so far with this freezer

No other residential refrigerator let you set temperature in 1-degree increments between -6F to +40F. Some promised but not delivered working model. I did return them. With this awesome thing you can have beer 20F (edge before freezing) as in Cancun Mexico. We do need more of these in USA. Thank you :-)

They won't let me tell the truth so just save your money. If it lets me keep this up clearly the company doesn't care if you get returned items or not. They could've at least replaced the lid before sending this one out. After having it about two to three weeks, I am noticing cool air coming out of the freezer where it's bent.

Expect it to arrive with a dent. A dent not caused by shipping but rather a dented item from stock. Because the dent was not in a place where there was a shipping box damage. The freezer was damaged before it was shipped. But I kept it anyway because it didn't affect performance and it was going to be located in a place where appearance wasn't important. The thermostat is digital with 1 degree increments which is good but it is not accurate to the one degree. I measured temperatures with a commercial recording thermometer and found it to be 2-3 degrees off - not really a problem. The other good thing is that you lose power for a short time the digital thermostat does not lose its setting. Nice freezer if one wants to be able to use it as a refrigerator for thawing food at close to freezing temperatures.
