I wanted my mornings a little easier and this is great! Holds 2 eggs and some cheese easily. In 60-70 seconds i have eggs just right for a sandwich. It's done before the coffee. Easy to clean, I use a spray of Pam. Container doesn't get hot. Eggs taste like eggs

Quick, easy, microwaved egg, and the smooth surface allows the egg to slide right out on your toast. Cleanup is minimal - a couple of swipes with a little brush in the sink - and you're off to work!

It does what it's supposed to but the lid doesn't really stay on very well.

A simple and easy way to enjoy eggs for breakfast or anytime. Holds up to two large eggs with no problem, and the end result fits perfectly on a muffin or bagel. Since there are no instructions included it may take a bit of experimentation on how long to cook in the microwave. The wife has found that 35 second for a single egg and 1 minute 10 second works perfectly for two. Just add a bit of no stick cooking spray and your ready for a hot and healthy breakfast anytime. Remember to break the egg yoke or you may get a rather spectacular mess so if you want a poached egg purchase an egg poacher. If you love a quick and easy scramble egg this is the item for you.

I am a person with low vision and I am using Siri to write this. Sorry for any strange words. I purchased this because it seem to be easier to cook something in the microwave then to get out the pan watch it :-) or listen to it cook and then have to get it onto the plate clean the pan do everything. I can pop this into the microwave and 1–2-3 it’s done. I can throw the unit into the dishwasher and it’s great. So far I have not had a bad meal out of this. The directions are very simple and it’s a very easy product to use. I’m very glad I bought it. It saves me from having to clean up the kitchen more than I already have to clean it. I think you’ll enjoy this and find out. It’s an excellent product. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I greatly appreciate it, but I don’t think you’ll be disappointing business take care

We all know why we’re here, we want to microwave ourselves a sad little breakfast, this thing does that. Rather well in fact. I’m a two-egg man (not that I’m bragging) and this handles my requirements perfectly (three eggers can be accommodated but not happily). However this lil gems true value lies in its ability to harness shock and delight.I have found that “Brad’ the egg making utensil will randomly ‘explode’ your eggs for you. I haven’t exactly figured out the calculus on this. If I fail to pierce the egg yolks then there is a wonderful chance it will happen. If I pierce the yolks and Brad is in a mood, BLAM! Some explosions are small, just forceful enough to pop the lid up but not disperse any egg. But definitely loud enough to wake your spouse, significant other or ‘overnight friend’ (we in the microwave egg community needn’t judge each other). But if the stars align, Brad (yes I named my egg maker) will emit a gloriously loud and powerful explosion that DOES disburse egg throughout the interior of your radar range. However Brad is a thoughtful thing, as the egg shrapnel will be fully cooked and easily removed.Right now you’re thinking “but I don’t want my eggs to be exploded” LIAR! If you visited IHOP and the wait staff asked if you wanted your eggs to be “scrambled, over easy or exploded” you know darn well you wouldn’t sleep that night if you didn’t ask for yours to be exploded. But wait Mr Reviewer why didn’t you just spray some oil on Brad and that would eliminate the possibility of explosion. Dear Reader, I have experimented with different oils, bargain eggs/cage free eggs, cheese/no cheese, scrambled/no scramble… all to no avail. Brad is in charge here, surrender to Brad’s whims and desires. You will be rewarded. On the plentiful ‘no explosion mornings’ cleanup is fast and easy, yet sad. On the 'explosion mornings’ your bond with Brad is strengthened and cleanup is an act of love.Looking at my spreadsheet it appears that the vast majority of explosions occur when the eggs are hot but haven’t fully congealed yet, in the range of 45-55 seconds after microwaves have been initiated. You have been warned.Practical advice: I find that two large eggs cook with a lil ‘runniness’ in the center (if you like to sop up with toast) right at 1 minute. Your eggs will firm up quickly in the next 10 seconds or so. I’m unsure of the wattage of my microwave, however it’s off-white in color and located above the off-white stove.

Scrambled eggs in the microwave? Yes, it does it.But, buy the Nordic-ware one instead, because it is cheaper than this copy.Perfect size and shape for egg sandwiches. One large egg takes about 45 seconds. Room for two eggs, or cheese, splash of milk and ham on one egg. It is plastic and seems a bit flimsy, but it works great. True, it is not really scrambled egg; you do not stir during cooking. I have had better, and worse, scrambled eggs in restaurants. It fills with steam while cooking. Let it sit for a minute after cooking or else you may get HOT runny egg on the bottom. Another way around that is I wrap a ham slice in a paper towel, and place under the cooker, in the microwave. Adjust the time for both to cook. I tried cooking ham in with the egg. But I think it works better outside, cooked at the same time, inside a folded paper towel, underneath the egg cooker. Never sticks. I open it after cooking and put a whole slice of toast over the egg and flip it. I also like to add a swiss cheese slice, after cooking, hot toast, hot egg, and melting swiss cheese. I have also stirred grated cheese into the egg. That makes something like quiche with no crust. I suppose it poaches too, but I only do scrambled: crack the egg into the cooker and stir with a fork. This is a copy of the similar Nordic-ware product. The Nordic-ware one is actually cheaper today ($3.50 versus $6). I did not notice a warning label as others have mentioned. I am ordering the NW one, too. Recommendation: Skip this one and buy the Nordic-ware one instead!
