Pick up the clip and put it on the round head.Use a little force to press it in.(Note: Be sure to follow the steps. Only after completing the first step can you proceed to the second step. Otherwise, the installed mobile phone chuck may be unstable and cannot be fixed)
three step:

I have a phone on the heavier side and it wont hold it. The gripper part can only hold the phone long ways when a lot of times i need to hold on the short side. Its very had to get it to be in the correct shape and even then it doesnt really hold. Im not happy with this product and cant really use it to record because it bounces around everywhere.

The necklace phone holder is perfect for hands-free viewing. It holds my 6.7 inch phone securely. The gooseneck is sturdy enough to support my phone in a variety of positions but it does require hand strength and a bit of patience to maneuver it into the shape you want. That's why once I got it adjusted to work well around my neck, left it in that position. It holds shape well. It's lightweight. I put a scarf around my neck for extra cushion and I am really happy with this product.

3 Things makes this better then old version. Longer. Also stays in whichever position you place for seeing phone. It's a firmer holder on your phone, so it's not always falling out. There isn't slot cut out to charge, however you can still charge while watching just flip the case cover open and pop in charger, after your phone is placed in holder. Absolutely Happy with this puchase. When in sleeper of Semi it's many hours of holding a phone. New S24 ultra is HEAVY! This makes watching phone. Or reading phone so much lighter then holding!

Piece of junk! The phone holder is on a swivel, which if tightened all the way should in theory not allow it to swivel, wrong! They made the ball just a little too small. Also the sheathing over the bendable cable is super cheap….how tf does this have 7k reviews @ 4 stars….chinese junk, botted reviews…put two stars to make it harder to get rid of this review, if I’d put 1 star they can easily have it removed…DO NOT BUY

this item does maintain a very tight grip on your phone but it allows you to run to plug it in so it stays charged.... can be used like a selfie stick on a timer and I have used it for a wrap around tripod as in wrapped around a banister of a staircase it also is great for when it's actually intended for to hold your phone up close enough to wear you don't have to strain your eyes to see the picture clearly with this wrapped around your neck it holds your phone at a comfortable distance the only con I can see is the stationary swivel ball that's on the back it is easyafor that to snap off which makes the entire apparatus useless

Product seem fine, but I have experience with another brand of a similar product where the phone with a cover does not stay in the bracket. So while testing, I realized that the group is good. The phone stays in the bracket, but there is limited space for charging port and it’s very inconvenient. Phone will not be able to charge if it is on the holder.These items are designed for phones without thick covers

Passo molto tempo al cellulare in quanto parte del mio lavoro lo svolgo tramite lo smartphone, spesso quindi mi ritrovavo ad assumere posizioni molto scomode impedendo quindi un lavoro comfortevole.Necessitavo quindi di un qualcosa che mi consentisse di lavorare bene e comodo, ho provato vari tipi di supporti, ma questo ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie esigenze.Il sostegno si adatta a tutti gli smartphone ( no tablet)Mentre le due estremità flessibili sono rigide in modo da poter consentire un uso con una sola mano, in quanto mentre si digita sullo schermo il cellulare rimane ben saldo e fermo senza fastidi.La parte che si mette attorno al collo invece presenta una comoda imbottitura che rende il tutto un supporto per smartphone ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista.Oltre che sul collo lo si può mettere anche sopra superfici rigide come Tavolo o scrivania.Lo consiglio!
